Part Time Employment
Part time employment varies depending on location and time of year. Part time employees must work flexible schedules to assist in the smooth operation of the store during peak times and seasons. You must be at least 16 years old to apply at Sapp Bros. Truck Stops.

Full Time Employment
Sapp Bros. Truck Stops has full time job and career openings at many of our locations. Full time employment is a 32 hour work week and weekends/holidays are part of that schedule if you work at a retail store. Promotions occur from department to department and from location to location all the time. Full time employees are eligible to all Sapp Bros. benefits.

Student Employment
High School and College students are an important part of our team. Sapp Bros. provides flexible scheduling to allow for school time and allows you to work more hours during the summer when store sales are higher. In addition to working with your school schedule, we offer $1200 per year in higher education assistance in addition to your career salary.

Non-Store Employment
Sapp Bros. Truck Stops offers a number of opportunities in a non-retail environment including sales representatives, information technologists, accountants, transport drivers, administrative, and clerical positions.
